Hold The Wheat is a family-owned bakery cafe with locations in St. Louis Park, MN and Beaverton, OR. We specialize in good food that also happens to be gluten-free. We got our start as a side hustle in 2016 and grew into a family business after years of expanding our menu at local farmers markets in the greater Minneapolis area. In addition to our daily menu of sweet and savory, we also offer custom cakes for weddings and events, large orders, and wholesale partnerships.

As gluten-free eaters ourselves, we don’t consider any recipe ready for our customers until it’s undeniably delicious. After years of struggling to order food out of the house, we’re so proud to offer a big menu of options to satisfy everyone. Not to mention excellent coffee with a negative carbon footprint! We went on Saturday and had a Spencer cake, pie crust cookies, and two savory items. They were fantastic. I can’t pick a favorite! I am not gluten free but I couldn’t even tell the difference. Everything was so good. The pastry was flakey, the cake was moist, the flavors were incredible. Great decor, friendly staff, delicious treats! 10/10 recommend.
