As the name implies, everything in our bakery cases is gluten-free. This means that we have verified with manufacturers that every ingredient that we bake with is either certified as gluten-free and/or processed in a wheat-free facility.

We take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. We donโt just read labels and assume, we guarantee for gluten allergy safety by solidifying relationships with trustworthy, reliable distributors and employees.
We also recognize how many other humans with other allergies and dietary restrictions deserve and would appreciate it if we could make great tasting baked goods for them, too. We are pleased to have mastered some great tasting vegan and dairy-free recipes and we hope to offer more soon. Although we donโt use ingredients like peanuts or almonds, we do use other nuts like pecans, coconut, and pine nuts. We cannot claim to be a nut free facility.

The creation of Hold The Wheat was inspired in part by the belief that no one should have to go without the joys of classic baked goods. We want everyone to have the chance to make beautiful memories in good company with good food.
